1、Product size and weight. There is no doubt that any packaging equipment needs to know the size and weight of the goods. Generally speaking, for this kind of wire wrapping machine, you only need to know the very large and very small size and weight without details.
2、Working efficiency. Many customers do not have a very clear concept of efficiency. Here, teach you a small way to understand the speed of the process before him. For example, the process before winding is usually palletizing, so you can know how long he can code for a pallet of goods, and several palletizers share this winding machine, so the efficiency is easy to understand.
3. Whether the conveyor line can be owned. In fact, the main purpose of knowing this is to confirm the suitability of the product that matches the winding machine. If the customer does not have this information, it is easier to deal with because they are supplied by us, so we do not need to know that much information, only the length. However, if the customer has it, they need to know the height of the conveyor line table, the conveyor speed, and whether overall control is required.
If you already know the above information clearly, the quotation can basically come out. But if you want to consider the overall layout of the factory and the coordination of use, you may need to communicate with the customer more deeply.

1、The chassis of the film winding machine. The chassis of the film winding machine is actually a radial rotating structure, which will rust and shrink after a long time. The obvious manifestation is the abnormal noise during the running of the machine. Usually, maintenance should be carried out when this happens. Here, the chain should be lubricated every three months, the slewing bearings should be lubricated, and the supporting nylon wheels around the turntable should be replaced every 8-10 months depending on wear. The turntable should be rotated manually before starting every day.
2、Maintenance of membrane frame chain. The back and forth movement of the membrane frame actually depends on the chains. These chains also need maintenance. Add grease on the chain and guide wheel every three months, and manually make the membrane frame lift back and forth several times each time you turn on the machine.
3, film frame internal maintenance. Membrane frame out of the film is generally used in pre-stretching mechanism, transmission gears and rubber hanging roller wear and tear.
