Film carriage  

The film carriage is a dynamic pre-stretching mechanism, and the pre-stretching can reach 250% (1m to 3.5m).
The combination of the brand-new film carriage design and the unique encapsulation technology makes the stretching effect of the stretch film more uniform.
The rise and down speeds of the film holder and the film feeding speed can be adjusted separately.
The number of top and bottom wrappings are separately controlled.

Film carriage lift device 

The photoelectric switch is installed on the film carriage, automatic detect the height of the pallet.

Film delivery following up mechanism. 
The film delivery following up the rotary arm rotating, the proximity switch controls the start/stop of film delivery motor to follow up the rotary arm. 

Film auto feeding and cutting device   

When stretch wrapping finish, the film will be cut and clamped automatically. 
When the film tail is released from the clamp, the air shooter will blow the film tail up, then the film tail will be wrapped by stretch film and keep it tightly with the pallet to ensure no film tail produced. 
Film hot melt cutting adopts electrical heating wire to cut the film. 
After film being cut, the hot sealer will seal the film tail automatically to ensure no film tail come out. 
Pneumatic component: AirTAC bran

Pneumatic control system   

Air source required: the compressed air shall be supplied by end user to the inlet of the stop valve.
The pneumatic cylinder is controlled by control box. 
6 Electrical control system 
PLC control system, the wrapping layers, the wrapping cycles, and the time of top wrapping.  
The safety command can be added on the control program, add PLC extension module to ensure the safety of the machine.
The operating parameter can be set on Siemens touch screen, more convenient for operation.
Photo eye will detect the height of the pallet automatically. 
Slewing bearing driving the rotary arm, high precision positioning. 
The driving speed of rotary arm, roll conveyor, film carriage lifting are adjustable individually, the film delivery speed is also adjustable, equipped alarm for film break.
The wrapping machine is powered with pause/manual/automatic wrapping switch function, in order to ensure the better operating. 
The machine is equipped with running warning light. 
The machine is equipped with Ethernet interface, used for outputting the related information of the wrapping machine (Include the production quantity, mechanical efficiency, fault information etc.) 

Communication with buyer conveyors:

1.Communication signal description:
Implement dry contact signal communication with the buyer's purchase conveyor and delivery conveyor, and the buyer needs to reserve 7 control points for subsequent transportation and docking.
2 wrapping machine receiving signal:
2.1 The main control system is normal: this signal is always "ON" when the main control machine is normal; during the operation of the machine, if this signal changes from "ON" to "OFF", the machine will stop working until the main control machine is normal After that, it needs to be reset from the machine to continue working.
2.2. Request loading signal: This signal is always "ON" when there is goods in the direction of the machine, and this signal is used to start the conveying line of the machine and send the goods into the machine.
2.3. Out loading permission signal: This signal is always "ON" when the main control machine meets the out-loading conditions. This signal is used to start the machine conveyor and out loading the goods.
2.4. Side signal: This signal is always "ON" when the main control system does not require wrapping and packaging of the goods. This signal acts on the main control system to control whether the machine packs the goods.
3 wrapping machine sends signal:
1. The machine is normal: this signal is always "ON" when the machine is normal.
2. Allowed loading signal: This signal is always "ON" when the loading conditions of machine are met, and only when the signal is "ON" can the goods enter the machine.
3. Out loading request signal: This signal is set to "ON" after machine finishes winding, and resets after the goods leave machine completely.
